Your Diet

If you were to strip away the body fat layer on your stomach you would probably find a six pack hidden behind it. Just by doing your everday things you would have the basis for six pack abs already. Getting rid of the body fat layer is the challenge. You know what is good for you and what is not. Cut out the crappy foods now. Your Physical Exercise

This is where it gets hard. You basically have to build the abs up to have them show but doing ab exercises should be part of an overall plan to get bigger.
